Our living wall

We are so happy to introduce our living wall by Francis Dawson to greet you when you arrive.  He is truly a shining light and we are so grateful for him.

Here at Purety Family Medical Clinic, we decided to have a living wall installed in order to create not only an excellent space for a beautiful reminder of nature, but also in order to house plants which clean the indoor air.  Together, Golden Pothos and Bromeliad are excellent for carbon monoxide, benzene, xylene, and formaldehyde – these are the major indoor pollutants in our homes from furnishings.

Even though we have gone to great length to keep our indoor space as non-toxic as possible, these types of plants that clean the air as well as having an excellent indoor air purifier ensure we have healthy air within out doors.
